MONIKA VIKTORIN
Monika is an evaluator with expertise in educational assessment, health system evaluation, and humanitarian programs. She has both a qualitative and quantitative evaluation background from Harvard, McGill, and the University of Waterloo; with knowledge in selecting appropriate mixed-method designs for program evaluation and monitoring. She is passionate about delivering valuable tools and resources that aid in informed decision making for her clients, and long term sustainability for their programs. Monika is also affiliated with the Canadian Evaluation Society, the American Evaluation Association, and the European Evaluation Society.
